Making Gingerbread houses for family home evening
Every year the kids and I get really excited for Christmas. One of the traditions I have tried to start for our family is to decorate gingerbread houses. The kids love and it and it is a fun and easy way to have a family home evening. I love CHRISTmas!
That looks like lots of fun. I'm looking forward to doing gingerbread men with the girls. Those and sugar cookies are so fun to decorate. I can't believe how much your children are growing! What a beautiful family you have! Oh, and I love the Christmas blog makeover! Cute, cute!
Oh my goodness, my Hannah has just about the same exact hair going on as your daughter. Hilarous. I have yet attempted this tradition. I think it would be a little overwhelming in my house, for me that is.
I was born in Provo Ut and have lived here most of my life. I have also lived in Georgia. I am the sixth of nine kids and we all start with the letter D. I am not a perfectionist in any aspect of my life and do not wish to be. Some might consider this a flaw but I do not. I have a wonderful life that I gladly share with my loving husband and two beautiful children. Life is great.

I think Hayden looks a lot like Dean in the last picture of him. Looks like a lot of fun!
